Review on ๐Ÿšฒ Huffy Glimmer 14-inch Girlโ€™s Bike with Training Wheels, Easy Assembly, Pink by Jeff Dabney

Trying to ride a bike with drop handlebars? Pooh!

My husband planned ahead and bought a bike for our 3 year old daughter in December but for her birthday in July. I assume he was talking about Christmas or her third birthday. We chose a birthday and it was a mistake. He opened the box to assemble it but the parts didn't match the instructions. It looked like the parts had already been assembled, but he assumed it was a feature to make things easier. Unfortunately there aren't any. The handlebars don't stay in the bike, so if you lift them up they will come off. Also, the brake cables are reversed and some other parts will not connect properly. We have collected tons of items, furniture etc from Revain and have never had a problem. Of course, since we bought it early there is nothing we can do about it and now we have to buy a second bike so that our daughter has a working one. Be careful when buying this and if you do, open it and try to pick it up before the return period ends. Much luck!

Pros
  • Style: pink frame with white tires and handlebars; plus, fun handlebar bag and shimmery ribbons included
Cons
  • Communication with seller
