This saw came with a pair of different handles
When ordering I checked the model number of the saw it was intended for. In the end the grip was narrow compared to the original grip but it fit perfectly so I only used it because it doesn't bother me but if you have a big hand it will make a big difference. I think maybe it's for an earlier saw and later Dewalt made the handles wider for the same model
