Other reviews are mostly correct. There is a slight vibration at speed, but not annoying. My Bilstein suspension is stiffer than the standard suspension, maybe that's why. There are thin plastic protrusions on the flat part next to the body of the truck. So unless the bracket is cut with a sharp blade, it will not rest against the truck and will most likely whine in the wind. Otherwise it fits perfectly and enhances my 2015 F-150. So I wonder why I waited so long? A year ago I smashed my mirror on a branch pulling out of a driveway and since then I've taped it off and dreaded the car wash. So I finally got that fixed and for a fraction of the $500 the retailer wanted for 1 side! They fit perfectly, heat up, fold and unfold easily and my truck thermometer still works. The cable adapter was a nice touch as the thin connector is different from the square one on the 2015 model.
