I just received it and everything works as said. However, when I connect to a wired or wireless connection, I cannot connect to the network. Currently waiting for customer service from them and hoping they can fix the issue. Judging by the questions, the problem isn't just mine. That shouldn't have happened from the start. We will update the review as soon as they reply and solve my problem. Update: They contacted me pretty quickly and gave me a link to download the patch to my computer to fix the problem. Now it works as it should, so I added a star. However, I won't get another star from me because it doesn't need a patch at all. What if I need to use it on another computer? The patch is only suitable for my laptop, not for real hardware. Should have worked right away and no problems.
