Seems they've whetted my appetite a little or something. I managed to fit into pants I couldn't wear last year. (Changes occurred within 2 weeks) However, my friend did not have the same result. She's not sure if it means anything to her at all. But then she is not as heavy as me, and in general she is better. I can't guarantee it will work for everyone, but it's cheap enough to try for a month. I will probably buy again. In general very satisfied.
