Minor difficulties with the app on Android phones but great customer service, Paul Vergara helps

I love that I can customize areas and get notified when the device enters/exits an area and a long one battery life. The only problem I have is that notifications are not audible on my phone - only vibration. This device is for my safety and the safety of my friends. I highly recommend it.
