Probably not suitable for high speed cutting.
Maybe ok for the price, but there are some issues. I can't find a spec for what they say about maximum safe speed, but I wouldn't run them very fast. The hole in the center of the disc is too big for the arbor screw, making it almost impossible to center the blade. At higher speeds, it becomes unbalanced. The tolerance should be much tighter for a high speed cutting blade, but as no specs are given I'm not sure.
