The best router for the price!

I love the router, especially considering I paid $35 for a refurbished router! My need: I only have Linksys because the company behind it (CISCO) offers the highest quality routers. Hardware. I needed a router that would cover the second level of our home. As your primary router: Setting up your router would normally be a breeze if you are using it as your primary router (DHCP server). All you have to do is insert the CD into a computer that is on the same network as the router and it will set it up for you. You can set it up in less than 10 minutes. This includes enabling features like guest access, media device prioritization, etc. When you're done, you can access all of this via Smart Wifi on your PC or via the Android/iOS app. As a secondary router: In my case, I had to dive a bit into the router configuration and set it up as a secondary router (not using a DHCP server and using the static IP assigned by my primary router). The downside was that I can no longer use the Smart WiFi software/app. Not a big deal since I can still control all of these aspects from the router's admin GUI. Conclusion: The router also has a USB, which I would like to use later to connect one of my media servers. So far I've been very happy with the Wi-Fi performance and no dropouts/slow connections I've had with my Linksys E1000. All in all, this one does more than I expected.
