I got this item from Revain Warehouse Deals for $166 in used like new condition. When I received it it was in excellent condition with all parts present as if it had never been opened. The installation instructions were pretty hard to see/follow but if you go to the K&N website you can see them in color which makes it easy. It took me several hours to install. I installed it on my 2003 Ford F150 5.4L. From the first time it seems more responsive. It's difficult to make a direct comparison. Maybe a little more power. Didn't drive enough to see if MPG went up. Average of 16-19 mpg before installation. I use fully synthetic oil and non-aggressive road tires. I'll try to update when we get the first MPG reading. Meter the sound of no when you step on it.
