I was very surprised at the difference, but here you can do a little if you drive without music. Gasoline mileage is 1.5-2mpg better so far. There was a low rumble from the tube touching the case. I placed the remaining rubber tubing on the case. Problem solved. Is it worth the money? Only if you want your truck to do more. My truck is a 2001 Ford F150 Super Crew 4x4 with canopy, 192,000 miles and 100% original except for the big tires and rims. Everything is well maintained.

The instructions are somewhat incomplete, you know what you are doing or has someone nearby who can do it.
