Review on 🎨 RFPLCXUS0DK Vinci Spool Filament by XYZprinting by Daniel Aboubakar

I am very dissatisfied. Just in the last few months I have bought several spools of XYZ filament. Each coil comes with its own axle ring. I finished my last print job last week as my previous spool ran out. In the end my old coil broke. Today I wanted to install my new coil and there was only a chip card, no axle ring. A check on the internet showed that other people had the same problem and most just use the old axle ring and replace the chip card. Of course, that won't work for me because I no longer have the old axle ring. I contacted XYZ customer support but was told they would reply in 3 days which put my current project on hold for another week. At the very least, you must be selling spool holders somewhere. EDIT: XYZ Printing customer support just replied to my message to support. So ALL the spools of your filament must have an axial ring. However, this was clearly not the case and judging by the way it was packaged it seems like it was done on purpose. I will be purchasing the spool of filament directly from XYZ Printing as they said they would definitely stock it. Whether I decide to buy more spools from Revain will largely depend on how easy it is for me to change the axle ring and how expensive it is to order filament direct from XYZ.
