Cheap Chinese scrap! The stock plate is much better if you can find it. This product needs to be screwed to the top of the cooler core, then offset 1 inch, and then folded back onto the top of the cooler plane. This plate doesn't have enough offset, and the manufacturer compensates by knocking it off at an angle to prevent the top of your heatsink from supporting the core. I ended up going to the landfill and found what I needed at the best price and quality.
