I like everything about it! The user interface of this system has been very intuitive for my staff as well me; they have no problems navigating around in order take medical notes or schedule appointments with our patients. This product really streamlines how we do business here at work - from scheduling time off requests- through emailing other docs within clinics who need info that could help them understand certain procedures done during surgery.- It helps manage all aspects related to insurance billing including collecting money owed per payer & submitting claims via efile etc..It's easy enough for everyone involved but still offers lots oe features so not too confusing if your team isn't familiar wtih new technology already out there!! There are some minor bugs when first logging into web pages sometimes which can be frustrating especially considering most companies will charge extra fees just because their systems aren’t running perfectly 100%. But overall great.
