Review on Kamikoto 7In. Santoku Chef Knife by Gina Cravalho

Received this, along with the Kanpeki knife set, as Christmas presents from my BF. He knew that I have been wanting a decent chef's knife and to get all of these knives was quite a pleasant surprise. The knives are sharp as razor--you could shave with them (i tried them on his arm :-)). Handles are steady and stable, and so smooth to use when you cut. I have only used the Santoku/chef's knife to date, but i am sure the others will be just as great. The knives and the packaging are amazing and sturdy--clean lines, excellent craftsmanship. I will never have to buy any more knives! I feel like a fancy chef now when i do my food prep even though i am just a home chef. :-)
