It has made us more efficient than ever before by providing an easy access to all our information at one place. The layout is also very user friendly but you need to learn how it works otherwise you won't be able to figure out what you can do with it. I would recommend this platform to anyone who wants to benefit from its capabilities as well as it's features. We were looking for a way of storing all our documents in order to streamline everything we had to provide to our clients. Now that we have been using this system since 2016, there are some things which could use improvement like the ease of uploading documents (you cannot upload files via email anymore), better customer service, etc.
