Review on 🔩 Zinc Threaded Insert: E-Z LOK 808125-13 - Hex-Flush, M8-1.25, 13mm Length (Pack of 25) by Bryan King

These things are good once installed but they weren't easy to install. I've had a few that keep breaking where the hex key is inserted to install. Basically I had to use one to start carving wood, it would break. I would remove it with a pair of pliers and then proceed with a second one. In the end I decided to change the installation method a bit. Once you start trimming the streams, go back a little, then go down a little, then go back a little, then go up, etc. This method was pretty slow, but I was eventually able to install it without it to damage. If you just try to use brute force, you'll break it every time. Luckily it was a 25k pack so I had plenty of spares!
