I bought a 2017 Ram 1500 and needed something on the side rails to hold my tie down straps while buckling. My truck has one of these hard body covers, and the rails have covers as well. So if I needed to tie and hold something, I had to use the internal belt loops, which was cumbersome. So I looked to see what I could install on external rails. I found these ties for Bull Ring. Now I had to cut out the rail covers where the rail holes are, which took a bit of time to avoid cutting through the plastic and making it look messy. The rings are very well inserted and screwed, do not slip or shift. They look good on the truck, not crappy. Now when I need to tie something and put it on the bedspread without opening it, it's much easier now. Enjoy, stay safe.
