Loose rubber gasket and clips make it difficult to use with baker's sourdough

Rubber gasket is very loose and can be easily removed from lid and steel clips loosen and are easily lost. These two problems are a disadvantage of using this sourdough jar if you frequently open and close the sourdough jar to serve and use the sourdough.
