This grater/slicer has become an integral part of my kitchen. You can use it to grate cheese perfectly or slice it for sandwiches and the like. To change the blades of the mechanism you need to apply light pressure from the inside of the cage. The blade should pop right out so you can pick from the box that has all the replacement parts.
