wrong size and heavy bleeding

small sequins in decoration. Update, they seem to flow quite a bit, mostly dark colors to light around the edges of the pieces. Bleeding started a few hours after pressing, I'm wondering how long they take for the color to fully coalesce. You can see the roof bleeding around the edges in this photo of the barn.
