I like that it is easy for agents in my office to use as well as other offices around our state. It has been very helpful with keeping up-to date records of all appointments we have scheduled or taken care of within this system! The only thing about Qbis I dislike is how long it takes for you to be able to access your appointment book once logged into qbis via computer from home vs being at work where there are multiple computers available. If you need an appt booking software then definitely give QBIS a try!! We were having issues trying to keep track of patient information when they came through clinic so now everything gets entered right away instead of us forgetting what was said during their visit. Also helps me know who needs followup visits/meds etc since everyone's info is kept here too. Easy way to get all patients' medical history together without going back & forth between different files.
