I like that it's simple in design, easy to use for both agents and clients, as well as their customer support is fantastic! They are quick to answer questions/comments regarding functionality or features. You can't customize everything about QBIS (or at least not easily), but you get the core of what they offer and then add your own customization around things such as how reports are created. It also makes it very convenient from an agent perspective when selling/handling multiple policy linesβ¦
