I didn't have to drill any holes on my 2013 Ram 2500. The directions aren't the best, but it's easy to figure out where things are going. The hardest part was keeping the center bracket in the right place when tightening to keep the stabilizers straight, but other than that it was very easy. Tightened the steering wheel and removed the bump stop. And gives a cool front view
