My birds absolutely love this product. I have a gray African and blue and gold macaw that need their afterburners. I put different pellets in each section and then seeds/nuts/treats come in one section. I either place crepe paper like a gift basket or I place a sheet of white paper on top of the feed to enhance the feeding experience and then screw the lid on. I have to put a piece of tape on the screw or it just unscrews. I also put tape on the back of the mounting nut so it doesn't get lost when unscrewing it. They look forward every day to finding out what mom got them. I try to have a backup on hand in case they break it because it's very important to them. They've had a cracked plastic or a loose screw before, but before that happens, they've had plenty of it. It's made of thick, durable plastic that holds strong beaks well.
