Review on Cool Maker Pottery Studio Wheel by Carrie Spencer

I know there are reviews about the performance of this device or how it works. But our 6 year old daughter loved it. I remember working on the potter's wheel in high school and making cups and bowls is not very easy and they break pretty easily. However, with this set, I love the creativity with which they incorporated a dome shape in the center. It's a really handy way to make it easy and fun to use. You basically create a basic shape for shape, then spray some water and your kid can use their hands on the final shape. Sure, it's not the most powerful engine, but with the mold approach, you don't really need it. Clay discs aren't the cheapest, but they work well. Long and short I think they are perfect for 6-8 year olds.
