Review on AVS Aeroskin II Hood Protector For Chevy Silverado 1500: Low Profile Textured Black, Flush Mount, Perfect Fit by Dustin Gabrielle

I actually bought this a second time after my first one came off after being installed for about a year and a half. I thought maybe I installed it poorly and that caused it to fail. Well, after buying a second one about 8 months and installing it exactly centered and nearly perfect, it came off yesterday while driving on the highway. I couldn't immediately pull over at the time so I had to let half of it flap in the 65+ mph wind until I could get to a safe place to pull over. In this process that took, at most, 20 seconds to pull over, it managed to hit my hood hard enough that it chipped it in one spot. I really wanted this to work as I liked the look but now I'm just going to get the paint fixed and vinyl wrap the hood for protection.
