Bad 👎🏼 on wood burning tools

I bought this slow burning wood burning tool as a Christmas present for someone. I've been using it for literally a couple of hours (2 hours 2 times at different times) and it no longer heats up. Turns on but doesn't heat up. It was easy to use and worked great the first few times. Very disappointed.
