Most were fine. The pair is incorrectly filled.

For a box of 20 - we misthreaded 4 of them. With wing nuts, they should "turn" easily (bold). The mentioned 4-ka did not rotate and had to be put on, shall we say, with "effort". Even after several tightening, they still didn't seem to fit properly. I had to order another box to get the quantity of 20 I needed. I'm just saying. :)
