I like that they are so flexible to our needs, even at this early stage of working together! Their support team is amazing - quick responses with suggestions/idea's all within 24hrs which helps us get off the ground quickly as we're new in town but have big plans going forward!! They've helped me set up my CRMs system from scratch since no one else was able to help out much after many failed attempts over two years ago now. We just need some more time to try it before giving an overall response :), however nothing major or any problems yet. Set-up your Sales Reports as you want them using their API easily;.
