I like that it's easy enough so new patients can get started right away with their first visit! It also makes scheduling visits very convenient - you just have your phone or computer open at home when they call about an appointment time (or if there isn't one scheduled). The system does not always work properly during busy times of day such as after 5pm EST which leads me into thinking maybe some adjustments need made? However this seems minor since most problems could be fixed by adjusting how much information gets passed through my browser window versus directly from within app itself- but these things do happen sometimes even though we're using "the best" software out here!! We've been able use our practice management program more efficiently than before because appointments go straight onto calendar without having us manually input them every single week/day etc..
