The most amazing part of this software system is its ease to use. I can log into my computer or mobile phone from home and see what patients have come in that day at work and send them an SMS with their appointment reminder. This has made it so much easier to be able to take care of my appointments around-the-clock since i am now not tied down by having to drive out to the office every time one comes through the door! I like that it's easy enough so new patients can get started right away with their first visit! It also makes scheduling visits very convenient - you just have your phone or computer open at home when they call about an appointment time (or if there isn't one scheduled).
