The most amazing part of this software system is its ease to use. I can log into my computer or mobile phone from home and see what patients have come in that day at work and send them an SMS with their appointment reminder. This has made it so much easier to be able to take care of my appointments around-the-clock since i am now not tied down by having to drive out to the office every time one comes through the door! It's been great so far but there could always be something more added like email notifications as well to help make life easier even when i'm away from the office. The simplicity in logging your clients and making sure they get reminders about upcoming visits. You no longer need to worry about forgetting anything because everything will automatically be updated when you're away.
