I love that it has integrated so much of what we do with our patients - they can go online through their phone or computer! The ability integrate directly into services like Medicare/Medicaid would be great too!! We have seen an increase since implementing this software system- especially when using reminders about vaccinations & billing compliance as well. Also easy accessibility from my mobile devices makes things easier than ever before. !! Would definitely recommend. ! It's helped us become more efficient by allowing greater access (mobile) while also maintaining security measures within office walls. . !! The ease of use. I can't think of anything that I dislike about this program. It's easy to learn and navigate. There are so many different ways to get information to your patients. You can send them an email or you can have them call you directly. I don't have to worry about my office staff being able to access the system because it's so easy to use. I love how I can see what my patients are doing with their appointments and how they're progressing through their care plan.
