Nicely made and sharp

This knife is not only very functional but also aesthetically pleasing. I like the wooden handle and the wood grain on the blade. Just a really cool knife. I find it easy to use and fairly sharp and accurate. A comfortable weight for me - not too heavy and not too light. The blade is made of carbon steel, so it must be dried immediately after washing to avoid rusting. I don't mind, because that's how I use all my knives; However, if you prefer to let your knives air dry, you must remember to air dry them. This knife cannot be washed in the dishwasher either, but despite these small imperfections, the knife is excellent! The Paudin paring knife caught my eye when it was recently featured in the September 2021 issue of Cuisine magazine.
