The ability to upload documents from anywhere in the world, so that the physician can access it easily even though they are not physically present at their office or clinic/hospital. It provides easy patient management system through which medical records of patients can be accessed by any authorized personnel using smart phones or computers as well as providing data analytics services. I would say its user friendly. Easy interface and also very responsive customer support whenever a query arises. Nothing much to dislike about this product. There are few minor issues with some updates but these have been improved over time. This software has helped me manage all my past surgeries and appointments online without leaving home.
