Review on Mopar 5210 0552AG Fuel Tank by Rance Riley

A bad gas cap is an all too common problem on .

My third gas cap, can you believe it? First it was stolen, then my friend's wife's jeep crashed and he gave me her gas cap when he went to get stuff out of the jeep. This time I tried to fix a small evaporator leak (P0456). For what it's worth, it turned out to be a Mopar® 4861962AA Exaporative System Intergrity Module Detector. If you are here about this problem then you are on the right first step: A bad gas cap is an all too common problem on any car which can cause evaporator leaks on modern cars. However, based on my research, the mentioned detector is the second most likely culprit. Best of all, this part is $31 and no tools are required to replace it: I literally took my old part off and installed the new one in less than five minutes, including the time it took me to get under the Jeep (disconnect the battery for five minutes). after each attempt to find a solution because your evaporator leak error code does not go away immediately). Well I hope this helps someone. Otherwise yeah, woo, great gas cap.
