Mopar 5210 0552AG Fuel Tank Review

One of the lights on my dashboard was on. Took it to O'Reilly, asked to read the code and they said many times that with that code it was just a gas cap. I replaced the gas cap and the light went out and haven't had any problems since.

I kept getting vacuum related engine codes and after replacing the gas cap with this the errors went away and never came back. I love that this is an OEM replacement, including the belt; many others available do not include this feature.

My 2008 Jeep Liberty had code P0456 and a GASCAP gauge on the dash. After taking my car to the mechanic he recommended the best and most economical option was to buy a new cap from Revain. I was so pleased that it matches the 2008 Jeep Liberty perfectly! I love and appreciate that it has a strap that is easy to install.

If you get an error code on your car that says either 'Gascap' or in my case sometimes a code P0457 (very small leak), buy a Mopar OE gas cap before attempting ANY ANY. still. I replaced the gas cap with an auto parts brand and also replaced the EGR valve. The code kept coming back but that stopped it.

I have a Wrangler 07. I dealt with a small evaporator leak code and ended up with a "gas cap" on the dash. I chose this one based on the many reviews. The fuel light didn't go out either. While it fits the part number is different from the Mopar OEM part number the thieves gave me and while I swear they are identical the OEM turned off the reading but this one didn't. Well I guess you get what you pay for. BTW the part number that worked was 5203 0387 AB.

I have a 2009 Wrangler Rubicon and got an intermittent check engine light code P0456 which reads like a small evaporator leak. When I closed the gas cap, it stopped making the characteristic clicks.
