I ordered this a few months before completing my trailer - went to fit it and found all hardware and other parts were missing including several pages of instructions. Photo only shows how it arrived. I hope the manufacturer sends it out ASAP so I can use it on my trip next week! I'm updating after installing update: email manufacturer, they refuse to return it because it was cut off and won't ship the missing parts, so now I've got a bunch of $300 worth of useless parts. I had to purchase another towbar locally (40 miles away) for my trip. Extremely dissatisfied with the product and personal service, beware of buying from them!
