Great solution - Very user friendly & high quality

The system works really well for all of my clients. It gives me real time reports showing what needs attention by each client in real-time so I know when they are engaged or not before calling them back myself. Some systems seem more effective than others depending upon your business model/goals. If you need detailed analytics at every level including phone calls this program will help greatly. You can be as involved during setup if needed but be aware that some changes take several days (or weeks) after initial install which could cause frustration if you're working remotely, etc. We've been able to easily track our success rates from new leads through sales qualification up until final close date using Analytics Reports available within the software itself. The most beneficial thing about DigitalCX is the ability to create the best conversation with our customers. The platform is very easy to use and the customer service is very helpful and helpful. I would highly recommend the DigitalCX. I haven't found anything that I dislike. I would highly recommend DigitalCX. The ability to create the best conversation with our customers.
