Great solution - Very user friendly & high quality

The system works really well for all of my clients. It gives me real time reports showing what needs attention by each client in real-time so I know when they are engaged or not before calling them back myself. Some systems seem more effective than others depending upon your business model/goals. If you need detailed analytics at every level including phone calls this program will help greatly. Best Customer Service Management Software

The best thing about DigitalCX is its capability of providing a seamless experience across all channels (Online/Offline). It’s also easy to use and has a lot of features which makes it very user friendly. I don't like the fact that there are so many options available for me to make changes in my profile which sometimes can be confusing. The ease of use makes it easy for our agents as well us clients alike who are new at using this software/call center interface system. The reports give you all possible information in one place which help your management team keep track if needed. And last but not least we've had no issues since implementation so farWe're very happy about how smooth everything went especially when compared against other systems I have used previously (and they were excellent ones).
