Best Customer Service Management Software

The best thing about DigitalCX is its capability of providing a seamless experience across all channels (Online/Offline). It’s also easy to use and has a lot of features which makes it very user friendly. I don't like the fact that there are so many options available for me to make changes in my profile which sometimes can be confusing. I would recommend this software to any business who wants to have a better online presence. We are solving the problem of having multiple customer service representatives working on different platforms at the same time. This has helped us to reduce our cost of customer service by up to 50%.

  • Easy accessibility with lots if useful tools, great support team! Great platform we do not need anymore systems because they work just fine together.No complicated setup procedures etc.,.Great customization tool ability build own product from scratch or modify existing ones.
  • Full control over pricing structure; you create your price plans according needs
Cons
  • Good but not great
