I am very satisfied with this Lurch product. I was looking for a good quality 4 in 1 multipurpose v-slicer. And I must say that I am completely satisfied with the quality and durability of this food slicer. It's very easy to use and compact, it's a good kitchen tool. It's beautiful, durable and very attractive. It cleans well and is easy to store. I really like the bowl below that contains all the food I've cut up. Properties: • for cutting, grating, slicing and more • even cutting • versatile for fruit and vegetables, chocolate, cheese, etc. • four interchangeable stainless steel blades • non-slip feet • safe handling thanks to accessories/finger guards. No more cutting, shredding and fiddling. Cut your fingers or accidentally hit your knuckles with a grater. Those days are long gone as I now have one of the best products I have ever seen for slicing and shredding and anything else I can do. A handguard is included with the kit, which is very important to me to ensure a non-slip design. After use, simply rinse under running water. Can be washed in the dishwasher. The durable frame and stainless steel blades are built to last. Forget cheap plastic cutters. This one will outlive them all. I am so pleased with this product that I purchased it at a reduced price to give an honest and unbiased review.
