chic addition! I finally pulled the trigger and bought this awesome air intake for my 2012 Dodge Challenger SXT Plus. It took me about thirty minutes to install. Probably because I downloaded the instructions while waiting for my two day delivery. (Not hate I was excited) Very easy installation, all parts were correct and the instructions could have been more thought out but you get the idea. Noise from the exhaust. Not a big change, but really a change. I was driving down the street and started hearing the faint whistle that a lot of people say they hear when shifting gears. In a day or two it was all gone. (Or I agree) I kept going and hit the gas. A much deeper exhaust roar came out! Usually between 4000 and 6000 rpm. Also a deep roar from the engine. That intake really makes it sound more like a V8. The keyword is MORE. Still, there is a big difference between them. There is also a certain good mood when accelerating. I reduced the acceleration time from 0 to 60 by about a full second. In the five days since installation, I've noticed an increase in fuel consumption on the highway. Now I'm seeing 28-31 mpg. I had 25-28 mpg. i drive a lot I probably shouldn't be competing on mileage but I love this car. Spend money and buy this consumption. You will not regret it.
