Surprisingly good quality knife.

I looked at a lot of knives before deciding on the 5" PAUDIN chef's knife. So far I've never been disappointed with my choice. It was very sharp from the start and stayed that way in many uses.The one piece design is great for keeping clean as there is nowhere to hide leftover food like some other knives.Good weight, good balance, that's the price, it's a really great tool.I will be ordering other sizes got from Paudin.
