Review on Dell S2340M - 23 Inch LED Lit Monitor with 1920X1080 Resolution, 60Hz Refresh Rate, and High Definition - ‎293M3 Model by Nathaniel Cohn

I use two of these side-by-side as an extended desktop on my Windows 7 editing workstation. I was frantic to buy them based on my first impressions of the amazing design and price and I loved them! When I bought them I intended to use them until I had time to consciously choose monitors that were better for my situation, but they are so good I kept them! I love her. Excellent color reproduction when working with images and great performance when working with After Effects and Premiere. I only have four minor concerns about these monitors: 1. The connector design makes it difficult to connect cables longer than a few inches. I can't use a DVI to HDMI adapter on the side of the monitor because there is no space for connectors.2. There is a slight color difference between the two monitors, but that may be due to how I calibrated them. I haven't tried to fix them. It's ok!3. DVI connection only, no HDMI.4. The glossy underside is very prone to fingerprints and scratches. but I just put a black screen cleaning cloth on each base. Nothing bad. At first I liked the Dell Monitor Utility, which automatically sets different modes depending on the application you have open, but it got on my nerves and I removed it. Overall, though, I highly recommend these monitors. The best monitors in my entire office (13 brand new monitors of various makes and models). I plan to introduce them gradually as others die. Truly the best monitors for the money. I wish it had a VESA mount and physical rotation, but that's not the type of classification to get those features. I liked them so much I bought 6 more for other computers in my office. We want to replace all monitors with these as they are failing. Really cool. RECOMMEND!
