This very well made slide hitch eliminates the hesitation experienced when driving over bridges, ridges or where culverts, mud and collapsed sidewalks exist. It wobbles back and forth when driving over these stretches of road. I spoke to three people at the campsite before booking one and they were all in their motorhomes. One said it was the fourth he'd bought as he puts them on all his RVs when he buys them new. Now I understand why after being on our toy five wheeler dump truck. It certainly matters, since we have a 42 foot Raptor Velocity and it's heavily loaded, we also have a Polaris Ranger. You won't be disappointed and it's very well made. You will need help holding on to tighten the screws. Very easy to change. Simply remove 6-8 bolts from your old 5th wheel hitch on your RV, pull out and install the old hitch, insert the bolts and tighten, then tighten the side bolts on the hitch and you are going well. Without it there is now no 5-wheel motorhome!
