This set is great. It has a copper-ceramic non-stick coating. Each handle has a nice rubber coating that protects my hands from burns and allows me to grip and hold pans. I love that the pans are stackable and take up less space in my cupboards. These pans are beautifully shaped, unlike other pans I've seen anywhere. The lids and pans are very durable and high quality and are a lot of fun to cook with. The other day I made tacos in one and then used a shallow pan to reheat and toast the tortillas. I've never had a set of shallow pans! Also ideal for preparing pancakes. This set includes spatulas, soup spoons and pasta spoons that are color coordinated with the pans as a bonus. This is a complete 14 piece set that everyone would love to have in their kitchen. These pans can be used on a glass, electric or gas stove top. Works great on all burners. These pans are dishwasher safe and can easily be hand washed if desired. These are great pans and I love cooking in them!
