Hello, I got this set last January, I've used a few of these and so far I like them. Food won't stick to it and it's easy to wash. I only have a few smudges on the side of one of them as my fire is quite intense.

Pans make a great non-stick coating but if you plan on frying meat in them don't use them. The pans are now stained from where the meat was cooked after only a month of use and the copper is already flaking. They have never been used in the dishwasher or discarded from metal utensils and still splinter. Do yourself a favor and don't buy!

This frying pan is perfect for breakfast. I just received it this week and was so excited to use it. We eat breakfast all the time and taking apart a big frying pan is too much, it really helps with dishes that a frying pan can do everything. Just like my big frying pan. Recommend the large size for my family of 4. Follow the care instructions and it will last!
