This frying pan quickly became my favorite. This year I had to cook in the home office between appointments. So my first test was with breakfast: pancakes, sausage and eggs. The whole process took about 15 minutes due to the even heat distribution in the pan. Normally this would take me 25 minutes as I had to sear everything individually in a pan to save space. After a hearty breakfast, I decided to warm up for dinner and cook a steak. It was cooked to perfection in about 12 minutes along with the asparagus I tossed in the pan at the same time. I followed the directions and waited for the pan to cool before cleaning it and I was more surprised at how easy the cleaning process was. Residue is essentially simply wiped away with little effort. So far I am very happy with this purchase. Thanks to the perfect heat distribution and the extra space this pan offers, cooking times have definitely been reduced.
