I checked out the shears at the local shops and they were all big, heavy and expensive. I wanted a smaller/lighter version and found it with these Genesis scissors. They are excellent for cutting metal roofs. I use them every time I cut metal/tin for crafting. You can cut straight lines and curves. I've used them to cut metal blades for windmills and have found that I can quickly cut straight lines and then use hand shears/scissors to cut tight curves. The price is very good compared to the well known brands and they work just as well.
